Privacy Policy

Your recordings are personal. This page explains exactly what syryna keeps, where it lives and how you get rid of it.

What we collect

Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares with us.

Studio content: songs, lyrics, arrangements, recordings, imported audio and voice profiles you save to your account.

Profile content: your handle, artist name, tagline, bio and anything you choose to publish.

Basic technical information such as error reports, needed to keep the app working.

Your recordings are private by default

Songs, recordings and voice profiles are stored in private account storage that only you can open. Nothing is public until you switch a song to public on your artist page.

We do not use your voice or your music to train any model, and we do not sell or share it with advertisers.

Voice profiles

A voice profile includes the verification recording you made and the audio needed to use that voice in the studio. It is treated as sensitive personal data.

You can delete any voice profile from the Voice Vault at any time, which removes the stored audio.

Who else is involved

We use service providers to host the app, run the database and store files. They process data on our instructions only.

When card payments for tips go live, the payment provider will handle card details directly — we never see or store your card number.

How long we keep things

We keep your content while your account is open. Delete a song, a voice profile or your whole account and the associated files are removed from storage, with short-lived backups clearing afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may also object to certain processing or complain to your local data protection authority.

Write to privacy@syryna.app for any of this. Please confirm this address is correct before we publish it.
