What a tip is

A tip is a voluntary gift to an artist. It is not a purchase, a subscription or an investment, and it does not buy any rights to the artist's music.

Refunds

Because tips are voluntary gifts they are generally non-refundable once paid out. If a tip was sent by mistake or you believe a payment was unauthorised, contact support@syryna.app within 14 days and we will look into it.

Tips currently showing as pending have not been charged, so there is nothing to refund.

Payouts to artists

Once card payments are live, tips will be paid to artists through our payment provider, less that provider's processing fee. Artists are responsible for any tax due on money they receive.

Chargebacks and abuse

Fraudulent tips, chargeback abuse or using tips to launder money will result in the account being closed and, where required, reported.
